Papasan Cushion – Made From Your Fabric

Do you have your own fabric that you want to use?

We can hand make your papasan cushion from your choice of material ensuring the finished beautiful papasan cushion conforms to BS furniture and furnishings fire regulations of 1988 and we can even make it to a bespoke size to fit your papasan frame – see our replacement papasan cushion section for further information.

If your fabric is not flame treated then don’t worry we can include a fire resistant interliner material. Combined with plump super soft carded polyester fibres our highly experienced team of skilled soft furnishings craftsmen (and ladies) can produce a papasan cushion luxurious and comfortable in your style.

All we ask is that you can provide fabric with a width no shorter than 137cm ( preferably 145cm) and we would require 3 metres in length. An upholstery or soft furnishings mid weight fabric would work best but we can discuss it with you if you need assistance regarding any part of the process.

Please contact us if you want a larger bespoke sized cushion with your fabric width and we can help you work out how much fabric you need to supply. Larger sizes will require additional fabric and will require fabric to be joined. It is dependant on the size required but we usually make two joins close to the edges of the cushion.

Just pop your fabric in the post to us and don’t forget to get a signature from our end so you can ensure it has arrived and we will do the rest.
